After Ryan heating came out for our AC not working right and yelling at me along with terrible customer service skills, not doing a thing for the AC, Thiele came out, checked the freon level after I told him what was happening. System was low on freon. Added new freon and now all is good. Very professional and had great customer service skills. Will be calling Thiele for all out heating and cooling needs.
